Ritual acts like a gateway between two worlds, reality and our subconscious, - It allows us to switch off our thinking minds and teaches us to trust our intuition.
The body holds more wisdom than we give it credit for. It can be a compass that guides us when we listen to it. How many times have you gone against that gut feeling? What would have been the outcome if you trusted your gut?
Cultivating these felt responses gives us a stronger internal compass. We find ourselves reacting less and responding more. When we react to a situation we are responding with our thinking mind. We are acting on an impulse that is fueled by previous experiences, beliefs and conditioning.
Taking time cultivate trust in our intuition and feel into what the body is saying to us teaches us respond from a place of grounded wisdom. To RESPOND to situations and act with aligned action.
Slowing down measn we are able to listen to that ‘gut brain’ more, speak from our heart and move through life with more flow and from a place of embodiment.
A Ritual to call in abundance
A Ritual to let go of a relationship
A Love Ritual

I began practising ritual unintentionally. It started with a cuppa and a candle, then some incense, then I began to sit for longer and intentionally sip my drink slowly, then I added a few steps here and there that included essential oil, massage, journaling, and I started to align the 'long sits' with the moon cycle. As the practice developed into a Ritual Practice, my relationship with my tools and processes began to deepen, and so did the experiences I had while I sat in ceremony. I began to explore journeying, connecting with spirit guides, and have clairvoyant visions- claircognition.
I was selling candles at markets as I built my Ritual practice and was having a lot of conversations with women about cyclical living, the wheel of the year and our own inner cycles and how we can learn to use our menstrual cycle to truely harness the full power of being a woman, taking the time to reflect inward and then project outwardly in the corresponding phases.
These conversations began to hold more weight for me than the making of the candles, and I realised that this is where my work was calling me. I studied a certificate in Compassion Focused coaching, becoming Trauma informed so that I can safely hold those deep conversations. There is no way you can do this work without holding up a mirror to yourself and seeing your shadow. Ritual has carried me through it all.
