Ritual acts like a gateway between two worlds, reality and our subconscious, - It allows us to switch off our thinking minds and teaches us to trust our inner voice.
The body holds more wisdom than we give it credit for. How many times have you said " I wish I trusted my gut?" What would have been the outcome if you trusted that feeling?
Taking time to sit in ritual allows you to cultivate trust in your intuition and feel into what the body is saying to you, it teaches you to respond to people and situations from a place of grounded wisdom.
Slowing down means you are able show up for yourself regularly, to listen to that ‘gut brain’ more, and speak with confidence from your heart, giving you the ability to flow through life from a place of embodiment.
A Love Ritual
A Ritual to let go of a relationship
A Ritual to call in abundance

I began practising Rituals unintentionally. It started with an audio book on Wiccan practices, and a curioslty about my Celtic heritage , the death of a friend , the desire to have a way to grieve, a cuppa and a candle. I began to sit for longer and intentionally sip my drink slowly, the more I sat, the more I felt a deep connection and longing for a sacred practice. I explored different ceremonies for different purposes and continuted to add a few steps here and there, that included; essential oil, massage, journaling, and I started to align the 'long sits' with the moon cycle.
As the 'long sits' developed into a Ritual Practice, my relationship with my tools and processes began to deepen, and so did the experiences that I had while I sat in ceremony. I began to explore journeying, connecting with spirit guides, and have clairvoyant visions- claircognition.
At the time I was selling candles at markets, while at home I connected more with spiritual practices, I was having a lot of conversations with women about living inline with the seasons, our own inner cycles and how we can learn to use the Moon cycle and our menstrual cycle to truely harness the full power of being a woman, taking the time to reflect inward and then project outwardly in the corresponding phases.
These conversations began to hold more weight for me than the making of the candles, and I realised that this is where my work was calling me. I became trauma-informed so that I can safely hold those deep conversations about stepping in to your divine feminine power. And walking through life like you are a Goddess who knows who she is and her true path.
There is no way you can do this work without holding up a mirror to yourself and doing your own inner work.
.This practice has carried me through Motherhood, Separation, Grief, Anxiety and into living a deeply connected, happy life. Ritual is a tool to use and reflect on my past, my present and my future.
