Motherhood, the quiet rediscovery of self, career pivots, and navigating personal relationships are all Rites of Passage.
These are transitions to be met with care.
I work with women who know something is shifting and are ready to be met with intention. I challenge Hustle culture and encourage women to come back to recognising the phase of life they are in.
This is a space to soften without losing your strength.
To cultivate safety within yourself and trust quietly what is emerging as you move through a season of change.
I honour the instinct to slow down and rest in stillness as a vital part of growth, not as something to push through, but something to trust.
Through conversation and Somatic exploration, we create a safe space to explore how the body stores and releases emotion
As a facilitator, my role is not to push, fix or rush transformation but to offer rhythm, ritual and gentle structure, allowing clarity to emerge naturally, and aligned action to arise without force.
I'll give you a little nudge when it's truly time ;)
This is a space where you can reconnect to yourself and your desires.
"The Rite of Passage lives in the challenges you face.
The Ceremony honours the Threshold meeting." - Amy

An introduction to Tools, Cycles, Symbols
The body as a compass
10 steps to building a Ritual

As women, we are built to evolve.
Not only in obvious life changes but in quieter ways- outgrowing identities, roles, and versions of ourselves that once fit but no longer do.
Across cultures and mythologies, the Serpent has symbolised feminine wisdom, renewal and the capacity to grow by releasing what has become too tight, symbolised by the serpent shedding her skin. She does not force her transformation; she responds to the natural desire.
Humans are not designed to accept change easily. Our nervous system actively resists change to keep us safe. Despite this we find ourselves drawn to the desire to grow beyond our comfort zones, ever seeking expansion and growth, to be met with fear.
Just as the serpent does not choose to shed her skin, women find themselves at the THRESHOLD, ready to take a leap of faith to evolve.
This is a space to be supported if you:
-Are tired and feel burnt out
-Feel disconnected from your intuition
-Keep moving in circles finding yourself procrastinating
-You know you're ready for something more but can't think of the next step
You will be supported to build Gentle Rituals and Rhythms that honour your body, your energy, and your timing.
